Soon after settling on our first investment property, we sourced three more investments, one after another.
The second investment was purchased for $277,000 in a blue-chip location. It was built in 2005 and has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a single lock-up garage. It gets $380 a week in rent.
The third investment was $ 128,000, with rents up to $320 per week. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a single carport.
After purchasing three properties, we refinanced and got massive equity of $170,000, which became deposits to purchase the next property.
The fourth property was purchased for $328,000 and is in the Hugh growth corridor near the beach. It is below market rent, so it will rise significantly soon.
Together, the couple has purchased four investment properties in under nine months.
